• driving revenue growth by selling magazine ad space to prospective and current advertisers • develop a cohesive sales and account management strategy • build solid contacts and successful business relationships • demonstrate strong business acumen and professionalism • research and cold call prospective advertisers (national and regional) • present advertising solutions and packages to prospective advertisers, and follow up via phone and email to close deals as needed • build relationships with prospective and current accounts/stakeholders • effectively articulate and communicate the magazine’s brand to match it with appropriate advertising partners • develop advertising proposals • manage and track advertising sales/client data • meet or exceed quarterly sales goals as established in partnership with Executive Director
