Our goal is simple: make distribution as smooth as possible, so our clients can focus on what truly matters — the music. - Partner Management: Monitor and implement DSP policy changes; First point of contact for operational matters internally and externally. - Catalog & Release Management: Oversee releases, ensure metadata accuracy, manage compliance, handle errors, coordinate platform delivery and backend administration. - Claims & Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve incoming claims efficiently and accurately across platforms. - Key Account Support: Support key accounts through meetings, strategic oversight, internal coordination, and release assistance. - Artist & Label Onboarding: Guide artists and labels through the onboarding process, address questions, gather feedback, and provide hands-on support. Qualifications - You're based in Poland and interested in working as a freelancer. - Fluent in Polish and English; German is a plus. - Experience in the music industry and a strong pulse on current trends. - High service orientation with the ability to understand artist needs and turn them into growth opportunities. - A collaborative spirit – you actively contribute ideas and support the team. - Reliability, initiative, and the ability to handle diverse tasks independently. - A sharp eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture. - Ideally, an existing network in the music industry – artists, labels, and/or DSPs.
