• Partner Management: Monitor and implement DSP policy changes; First point of contact for operational matters internally and externally • Catalog & Release Management: Oversee releases, ensure metadata accuracy, manage compliance, handle errors, coordinate platform delivery and backend administration • Claims & Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve incoming claims efficiently and accurately across platforms • Key Account Support: Support key accounts through meetings, strategic oversight, internal coordination, and release assistance • Artist & Label Onboarding: Guide artists and labels through the onboarding process, address questions, gather feedback, and provide hands-on support
