Responsibilities and Duties - Fielding and responding to customer service inquiries predominantly via phone, email, and live chat, and providing technical automotive support as needed - Assisting customers with pre- and post-purchase questions, including order fulfillment, order modifications, order status, carrier claims, and order error support. - Adhering to customer inquiry audit criteria as outlined by our Customer Service Quality program - Meeting and exceeding all individual goals and KPIs (key performance indicators) - Consistent commitment to exceeding customer expectations through empathy and a solution-focused approach - Following all departmental Standard Operating Procedures, such as requesting refunds, documenting all customer interactions, etc. - Ability to attend on-site orientation in Mesa, AZ, for the first 30-45 days of training Qualifications and Skills - 2+ years of prior experience in a contact center environment. - Experience performing in an environment where KPIs are tracked, such as - Calls per hour - Schedule Adherence - Quality Assurance Score - CSAT - High school diploma or equivalent required. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic thought leader and subject matter expert, balancing day-to-day operations with transformational initiatives to drive real value within our supply chain. This role focuses on executing and continuously improving advanced supply planning processes. The ideal candidate has a track record of adding value within supply planning and acts as a strategic thought leader. This individual will maintain primary ownership of core KPI and service level achievement for assigned suppliers. Responsibilities & Duties Drive KPI Performance Own and monitor key performance indicators to ensure consistent achievement of service and inventory goals. Partner closely with suppliers to align on forecasts and capacity, proactively addressing risks to meet or exceed fill-rate targets. Leverage data insights to identify trends and lead cross-functional process improvements. Enhance Supplier Performance & Visibility Track and analyze supplier lead times and fill rates to ensure reliable supply. Build strong supplier relationships, proactively address performance gaps, and explore alternative sourcing options when needed. Improve visibility by ensuring purchase order timelines and arrival dates remain accurate and up to date. Optimize Supply Flow Across the Network Act as a strategic leader in optimizing inventory flow across multiple nodes within the distribution network. Balance space constraints, transportation and handling costs, and customer experience to drive efficient and effective supply chain operations. Balance Cash Efficiency & Customer Risk Develop and guide inventory strategies that balance working capital efficiency with service level expectations. Optimize inventory buffers based on supply risk, maintaining lean inventory where possible while protecting availability for critical and single-source items. Prevent Issues & Strengthen Product Strategy Support the development and continuous improvement of standardized workflows for issue prevention and recovery. Partner with product and merchandising teams to identify assortment gaps and implement resilient backup supply strategies that protect long-term availability. Head of Supply Chain Analytics – Systems

• Define and own the multi-year roadmap for supply chain analytics, planning systems, and decision maturity aligned with FCP Euro’s growth strategy. • Serve as a senior thought partner to Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, and Product leaders on analytics strategy, systems architecture, and transformation initiatives. • Lead the adoption of automation, exception-based management, and predictive analytics across the supply chain. • Establish and lead a Supply Chain Analytics & Systems Center of Excellence, setting standards for modeling, governance, documentation, and operational adoption. • Drive change by ensuring analytical capabilities are embedded into daily and weekly supply chain decision-making, not just built, but consistently used. • Build sourcing logic and modeling that incorporates total landed cost, supplier performance (lead times, fill rates, OTIF), inventory position, in-stock risk, cash flow impact, and space constraints. • Partner with Supply Chain leadership to define dynamic weighting factors within the model, enabling intentional trade-offs among cost, service, working capital, and availability. • Enable dual-sourcing allocation scenarios where viable, and proactively flag high-risk SKU/supplier combinations with single-source exposure. • Lead the development of predictive, forward-looking inventory and demand models that move the supply chain from reactive to proactive decision-making. • Prepare the supply chain for a multi-fulfillment center future by defining analytical frameworks for inventory allocation and order routing across three plus nodes.
