Regional Sales Coordinator – MDD

• Coordinate the regional sales team, promoting behavioral development and technical qualification, as well as a collaborative, results-oriented environment; • Serve and engage with strategic customers, monitoring and planning improvements in commercial processes with support from the technical area, defining the best product offering, assessing satisfaction, strengthening relationships and developing new markets; • Lead, motivate and support the team in prospecting, negotiating and closing sales, especially in the construction companies segment; • Monitor area and team performance indicators, establishing clear action plans that support decision-making and ensure target achievement; • Develop and execute the region's commercial plan, identifying market opportunities, analyzing trends, competition and regional demand; • Maintain systematic records of negotiations and sales projects in the CRM, ensuring data quality and its use in management and decision-making; • Request product development, maintenance or customization based on identified opportunities; • Monitor key customers, tracking volume evolution, market share and competitor activity, and proposing strategic actions; • Map and analyze the operating market through visits, associations, entities and available data, generating commercial intelligence for the business; • Support the preparation of area forecasts and portfolio (SKUs) management; • Manage the network of sales representatives and distributors, tracking performance (budget vs. actual) and promoting their continuous development; • Deliver technical and commercial training to the team, representatives and partners, ensuring alignment with strategy and service standards; • Ensure synergy and the sharing of best practices among team members; • Support the customer complaint process, ensuring appropriate handling with involved areas and customer satisfaction; • Monitor the area's budget and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources; • Prepare periodic reports on results, challenges and action plans, participating actively in the area's routines.
