• You will manage and optimize our clients' Google Ads accounts with monthly ad spends of €15k–€150k. • You will work closely with colleagues in the SEA team and be responsible for 3–5 clients. • You will design, create, and optimize search engine ads on Google and Bing for fast-growing B2C and B2B companies. • You will independently manage client accounts as an Account Manager and continuously develop those accounts. • You will analyze relevant KPIs, produce weekly reports, and optimize accounts based on these insights. • You will work systematically with our Paid Social team to identify and effectively leverage cross-channel synergies.

Role Description Du konzipierst und entwickelst ganzheitliche Performance Marketing Strategien für schnell wachsende B2C & B2B Unternehmen - insbesondere Meta & TikTok Ads. - Du bist tief in den Daten drin, erstellst wöchentliche Reportings, analysierst die relevanten KPIs und optimierst auf dieser Basis die Accounts. - Du arbeitest bei Erstellung von neuen Creatives, UGC-Content oder Landingpages eng mit unserem Creative Team zusammen. - In wöchentlichen Kunden-Calls präsentierst du aktuelle Daten, leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab und setzt diese im Anschluss um. - Du entwickelst deine Kunden strategisch weiter und bedienst dich dafür interner Ressourcen. Qualifications - Du hast bereits mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Paid Social Ads sammeln können, idealerweise im Agentur-Umfeld. - Du bringst ein holistisches Verständnis für Performance Marketing & KPIs mit, Expertenwissen für den Bereich Paid Social. - Du bist kommunikationsstark im Umgang mit Kunden, zeigst Empathie für dein Gegenüber und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe. - Du besitzt eine stark ausgeprägte Selbstorganisation und Eigeninitiative sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Projekte eigenständig zu steuern und Ergebnisse zu liefern. - Du hast Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und dem Mentoring von Teammitgliedern. - Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis im Bereich Tracking & Attribution. • You design and develop holistic performance marketing strategies for fast-growing B2C and B2B companies — with a focus on Meta and TikTok ads. • You dive deep into the data, produce weekly reports, analyze relevant KPIs, and optimize accounts based on these insights. • You collaborate closely with our creative team on the creation of new creatives, UGC content, and landing pages. • In weekly client calls you present current data, derive actionable recommendations, and implement them thereafter. • You develop your clients strategically and leverage internal resources to do so.

• You are responsible for conceptualizing and producing Single Image Ads for performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms. • You develop innovative and compelling graphic designs that are both functional and effective on social media platforms. • You work closely with our performance marketing team to understand how your designs perform and to identify next iterations through tight feedback loops. • You are encouraged to unleash your creativity and contribute your own ideas — while we follow our partners' brand guidelines, there are hardly any rigid constraints. • You actively contribute to delighting our clients through excellent visual storytelling. • You work on a project basis to create creative concepts that align with the clients' strategic objectives.
