• Develop tailored software solutions for mid-sized clients (mostly greenfield projects) • Frontend development: React (Next.js) or Angular • Backend development: Node.js (TypeScript + Nest.js) • AI integration using Azure OpenAI and prompt engineering • Implement CI/CD pipelines with Bitbucket Pipelines and deploy using Docker • Ensure code quality and maintainability through peer reviews and comprehensive documentation • Coordinate with teammates and clients and work independently

• Development of modern full-stack applications for complex enterprise environments • Frontend development with Angular (TypeScript) • Backend development with Java and Spring Boot • Design, deployment and operation of cloud-based architectures on Azure or AWS • Working with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines • Development and optimization of REST APIs and relational database structures (SQL) • Optional integration of AI and GenAI services into modern applications • Close collaboration with clients and internal teams in agile projects • Code reviews, testing and ensuring software quality

• Development and ongoing enhancement of WordPress websites, themes, and custom plugins • Technical planning and implementation of customer-specific requirements • Analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of existing websites • Setup, configuration, and management of hosting environments (e.g., servers, domains, SSL) • Integration and connection of third-party systems and APIs • Implementation of responsive and user-friendly frontends • Coordination and communication with clients to gather requirements and develop solutions

• Responsibility for planning, managing and successfully delivering IT projects for our clients • Act as the interface between clients and the development team • Capture, analyze and prioritize customer requirements • Ensure schedule, budget and quality throughout the project lifecycle • Proactive customer support and account management • Plan and run meetings, workshops and project status updates • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and projects • Support the further development of existing customer relationships • Risk management, including early identification and resolution of issues • Document project progress and outcomes

• Develop custom software solutions for medium-sized clients (mostly greenfield projects) • Frontend development: React (Next.js) or Angular • Backend development: Node.js (TypeScript + Nest.js), monolith or microservices depending on the project • AI integration with Azure OpenAI and prompt engineering • "You build it, you run it": implement CI/CD pipelines with Bitbucket Pipelines and deploy with Docker • Code reviews and documentation: ensure code quality and maintainability through peer reviews and detailed documentation • Coordinate with team members and work independently
