Role Description On behalf of a prestigious MedTech company that designs and markets an exclusive peripheral intervention technology, we are looking for a: SALES MANAGER – DACH REGION (Peripheral Intervention) This position will be primarily responsible for leading and executing key sales strategies across the DACH region, with the goal of driving business growth and attracting new opportunities. The role involves leading and guiding the existing local team (composed of Clinical Application Specialists, Sales Agents, and Distributors), supervising their activities and ensuring alignment with the company’s established goals. Key Responsibilities: - Fully responsible for the sales plan in the region, developing and implementing efficient strategies to meet defined targets. - Engage with key decision-makers and lead complex negotiations to promote, sell, and introduce the technology into hospital facilities. - Regularly visit existing centers, providing support to improve adoption of the technology and its related clinical practices. - Drive and increase the sales of disposable medical devices associated with the core technology. - Continuously monitor the market, analyze trends and dynamics to identify new business opportunities, and track competitors’ actions and strategies. - Collaborate with the Marketing department to create effective marketing campaigns. - Participate in training sessions with physicians and hospital staff and occasionally support end users during the adoption of the technology. Qualifications - University degree, preferably in Biomedical Engineering, Economics, Medicine, or other related fields. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales roles within the vascular surgery, peripheral interventions, and/or interventional radiology markets. - Proven experience in sales, skilled in identifying the right business opportunities, excelling in negotiation, and capable of finding suitable solutions that meet the needs of all parties involved. - Demonstrates a strong willingness to lead and coordinate a team. - Unsurpassed communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and obtain results. - Clinical orientation, especially in training clinicians and providing technical assistance during procedures. - Fluency in German and in English. - Willingness to travel extensively mainly inside the DACH region.
