• Manage and expand existing customer relationships and actively acquire new customers within the defined target market. • Advise and support customers — from initial inquiry and the quotation phase through order processing. • Review, create, and schedule customer orders, ensuring on-time fulfillment. • Maintain customer activities and master data in the ERP system. • Collaborate closely with sales management, customer service, internal engineering, and related departments. • Develop customer-specific solutions together with the technical team. • Responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned territory, including regular reporting. • Prepare, conduct, and follow up on customer visits and document outcomes. • Represent the company at trade shows and support product launches in the target market.
