• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential buyers of forest carbon offsets. • Develop and implement comprehensive regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets, adapting to the unique challenges of a small, expanding team. • Build and manage a high-performing business development region, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives, while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. • Leverage market insights and competitive analysis to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities within the forest conservation sector. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to optimize sales processes, messaging, and overall client experience, with a focus on scalability. • Act as a key liaison between regional clients and Everland's global leadership team, ensuring effective communication and support for strategic initiatives. • Represent Everland at regional conferences, trade shows, and industry events, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and promoting the company's mission and portfolio. • Other duties as assigned.
