• Identify, engage, and qualify leads from various marketing channels (e.g., website, conferences, etc.) and ensure they align with the company’s solutions. • Conduct direct outreach to engage new leads while prospecting into a technical audience, applying a deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle, and effectively handling objections. • Analyze lead generation trends and optimize outreach efforts based on feedback and performance metrics. • Utilize phone, email, and social selling techniques to connect with key decision-makers, delivering compelling value propositions tailored to their needs. • Serve as a liaison between marketing and sales, actively engaging in marketing campaigns, analyzing trends, and collaborating with Account Executives to nurture key prospects and facilitate a seamless transition from prospecting to closing. • Engage new leads through direct outreach while developing a broader understanding of the B2B sales cycle, including prospecting into a technical audience and handling objections. Required to consistently meet or exceed assigned quotas for Booked Meetings and Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) contributing to overall revenue growth. • Consistently track and report key sales development metrics, including conversion rates, meeting attendance, and engagement trends. • Use a variety of sales tools (SalesForce, etc.) to maintain and record detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline. • Gain experience in a fast-paced culture with corporate exposure while contributing to marketing strategies and developing professionally. • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of high-quality software applications and features. • Take ownership of complex projects, providing technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members. • Influence and contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of software systems. • Write reusable code, build libraries for future use, conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce coding standards. • Set and uphold coding standards, best practices, and guidelines while conducting code reviews to ensure top-notch code quality. • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing code and improving system performance. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, to deliver innovative software solutions. • Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing to ensure the reliability and robustness of software. • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and best practices. • Actively participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives. • Adopt and leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, PlayerZero) to improve personal productivity, accelerate development velocity, and enhance code quality. • Contribute to the development of AI-powered features, working alongside senior engineers to help integrate AI capabilities into software solutions.
