Role Description We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant (all genders) to work within our team of experts designing and implementing security solutions for our clients. Our tasks focus on securing complex systems and organizations: - Development and implementation of integrated cybersecurity strategies in the field of digital transformation, Industry 4.0 and IoT - Process optimization and rollout for information security and product development processes (IAM, risk management, DevSecOps, etc.) - Analysis and optimization of organizational structures and security governance processes following established industry standards - Project and program management in the realm of cybersecurity strategies and solutions Qualifications - You possess an outstanding university degree - You bring at least three years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably with a background in IT consulting - You have experience with leading small project teams on cybersecurity initiatives - You demonstrate an in-depth understanding of cybersecurity architectures, frameworks, policies, and procedures necessary for effectively protecting clients’ infrastructures - You have the ability to create and present complex business cases that align cybersecurity strategies with organizational goals - You thrive in diverse, cross-functional teams and international settings, and are open to travel as needed - You have strong communication skills and can convey complex cybersecurity concepts clearly in both German and English Company Description We are the cybersecurity experts of the globally operating Eraneos group based in Hamburg. We primarily advise DAX and Fortune 500 companies on cybersecurity topics such as OT security, risk assessment or compliance.
