• Managing client relationships: You will serve as the primary account contact for assigned 340B clients and vendor partners. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication, strategic guidance, and proactive support. This includes preparing and presenting quarterly business reviews. • Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Conduct recurring client meetings to review account performance, address operational concerns, and identify improvement opportunities. • Respond to client inquiries, escalations, and service issues in a timely and professional manner. • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention by delivering consistent account management and support. • 340B Program Compliance & Oversight: You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with HRSA guidelines, manufacturer restrictions, and applicable program requirements. You will be expected to assist clients with maintaining accurate program documentation, contract pharmacy records, and audit preparedness. • You will also be expected to support internal and external audit activities by gathering documentation, reviewing claims activity, and validating program data. • Providing program guidance and support: You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, offering guidance and support on program implementation, optimization, and best practices. This may involve educating clients on program rules, assisting with program enrollment, and helping them navigate any program changes. • Collaborating with internal teams: You will work closely with internal teams, such as sales, implementation, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services to your clients. This may involve coordinating product demonstrations, resolving issues, and providing feedback for product improvement. • Conducting data analysis and reporting: You will be responsible for analyzing program data, program performance metrics, and reimbursement trends to identify opportunities and risks for clients. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting client reports, summarizing program performance, savings trends, compliance findings, and operational insights. • Managing contract negotiations: You may be involved in contract negotiations with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are aligned with the client's needs and program requirements. This may include pricing discussions, service level agreements, and contract renewals. • Staying updated on industry trends and regulations: You will be expected to maintain a strong understanding of 340B regulations, manufacturer policies, and industry trends. You will need to stay current on IRA/MFP impacts, contract pharmacy developments, and compliance changes affecting covered entities and pharmacies. • Account Growth & Business Development: You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand client participation through additional contract pharmacy relationships and program services. You will present value-added solutions and support upselling initiatives aligned with client needs and organizational goals. • Additionally, you will be expected to support leadership in maintaining strong client partnerships and expanding overall account value. • Providing Vendor Support: You will be responsible for reviewing and submitting vendor claims data. This may include accessing the vendors' SFTP to drop files for review, notifying the development team of approved claims to upload to CPE, and attending weekly calls with the vendors team.
