What You’ll Be Doing - Team Leadership & Production Coaching: - Mentor and support loan officers in building consistent referral relationships. - Help team members improve business planning, pipeline management, and production strategies. - Foster accountability and a strong performance culture. - Recruiting & Market Expansion: - Identify and attract experienced loan officers seeking a more supportive and growth-focused platform. - Share the EquiMax vision and help candidates see how they can build their business within the brokerage. - Participate in building a scalable recruiting pipeline. - Growth Execution: - Help increase team production through structured coaching and leadership engagement. - Collaborate with ownership on expansion strategies and new market opportunities. Qualifications - Proven experience as a producing Mortgage Loan Officer. - Strong understanding of loan programs, guidelines, and relationship-based business development. - Natural leadership ability, someone peers already look to for guidance. - Interest in recruiting, mentoring, and building a long-term team. - Desire to grow into a larger leadership or branch-level role.
