• Lead and manage all recruitment efforts and end-to-end hiring processes across the organization • Develop, implement, and continuously improve strategic hiring practices to meet workforce needs • Partner with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, position qualifications, and hiring priorities • Design and standardize effective interviewing and candidate assessment methods to support fair and consistent hiring decisions • Oversee applicant tracking, candidate workflows, and recruitment data through the applicant tracking system (ATS) • Manage recruitment tools, databases, and advertising budgets to support timely and cost-effective hiring • Establish clear goals, metrics, and performance benchmarks for the recruitment team • Train, coach, and supervise Recruiters to ensure high performance, compliance, and best practices

• Build and execute an employee engagement and culture roadmap aligned to organizational values • Lead DEI strategies and programming that enhance the candidate and employee experience • Design and administer surveys and translate results into insights, KPIs, and dashboards • Develop recognition and wellness initiatives that support a positive, healthy workplace • Support HRIS projects, reporting, and workflow improvements (e.g., automation, digitization) • Create internal communications for HR initiatives and maintain intranet resources
