Plan and execute regular client visits and industry event participation. • Understand customer packaging needs and provide recommendations on product types, sizes, and specifications based on manufacturing capabilities. • Track and report key sales metrics, forecasts, and market intelligence using CRM tools and internal reporting systems. • Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate quotes and negotiate pricing to close deals while maintaining profit margins. • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product and service improvements.
