• The role includes advising our clients on data protection matters • You will counsel the responsible representatives of client organisations, develop solutions and actively participate in their implementation • Conduct inventories and perform vulnerability analyses of the client’s data protection posture • Inform and advise the client regarding their obligations under the GDPR, the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and other data protection regulations • Implement and ensure data protection-related rules and controls • Carry out analyses, provide consulting and prepare documentation in the areas of data protection and information security • Advise on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and monitor their execution • Collaborate with supervisory authorities where required • Manage and support reportable incidents in the sense of Art. 33 GDPR • Draft policies, works agreements, procedural instructions, templates, etc. • Prepare and support training sessions on data protection law
