• Lead the successful implementation of engage2learn projects with school district partners. • Collaborate with district leaders to identify strategic priorities related to student outcomes, leadership development, and system improvement. • Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and partner stakeholders. • Assign and coordinate coaches or consultants based on project needs and expertise. • Ensure projects are executed with fidelity to engagement goals and organizational standards. • Serve as the primary relationship leader for assigned district partnerships. • Build trust with district leaders and maintain consistent communication throughout the lifecycle of the partnership. • Facilitate meetings with district leadership teams to monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Represent engage2learn at partner events, presentations, and district leadership meetings when appropriate. • Model and champion engage2learn’s mission, culture, and approach to educational impact. • Establish success criteria and measurable outcomes for each partnership. • Monitor progress against project goals using data, partner feedback, and implementation metrics. • Surface insights regarding district needs, emerging opportunities, and implementation challenges. • Ensure partners clearly understand the value and impact of engage2learn’s work. • Document outcomes and success stories that inform future growth opportunities. • Partner with the Director of Strategic Partnerships to support renewals, replacements, and expansion opportunities. • Identify new opportunities within existing partnerships based on demonstrated impact and district needs. • Contribute to expansion discussions and proposals by providing insight into partner priorities and outcomes. • Support presentations, interviews, and discussions related to continued partnership growth. • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, and marketing to ensure alignment between engagement commitments and delivery capacity. • Provide feedback from district partnerships that informs product development, service design, and strategic initiatives. • Participate in internal planning discussions related to partner success strategy and organizational growth.
• Maintain CRM data integrity across the full pipeline — accurate stages, clean records, and reliable reporting the revenue team can act on • Serve as the day-to-day CRM resource for the revenue team: troubleshoot issues, support user questions, and enforce data hygiene standards • Build and maintain reports and dashboards that give the CFO and CRO clear visibility into pipeline health, territory performance, and revenue activity • Identify and resolve data discrepancies between CRM and connected systems before they surface as reporting errors • Draft and template contracts following proposal execution, ensuring accuracy against deal terms captured in CRM • Coordinate contract routing and track execution through to completion so deals don’t stall at the handoff • Deliver finalized contract details to Finance with the information needed to invoice correctly and on time • Maintain organized records of executed agreements and flag discrepancies between contract terms and what’s reflected in the CRM or ERP • Reconcile closed deals against compensation plans each period, validating commission calculations before they reach payroll • Identify and resolve discrepancies proactively — working with the CRO and Finance to correct issues before they become disputes • Maintain clear, auditable records that give leadership confidence in compensation data • Support ongoing alignment between deal structure, comp plan design, and how deals are logged in CRM • Work daily across CRM, Professional Services software, Project Management software, and the ERP as an operational user — understanding how data flows between systems and catching problems at the seams • Support process improvements that reduce manual effort, eliminate handoff errors, and increase the speed and accuracy of the revenue cycle • Collaborate with the, Finance, Delivery, and Partnerships teams to ensure operational workflows are documented and consistently followed • Serve as a reliable point of contact when revenue team workflows need attention, escalation, or cross-functional coordination
• Own new business acquisition within an assigned territory, including both inbound and outbound opportunities. • Develop and execute a territory growth strategy aligned with engage2learn’s go-to-market priorities and growth objectives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with district leaders, education organizations, and strategic partners to identify and develop opportunities. • Represent engage2learn at conferences, professional associations, and industry events to generate demand and expand awareness. • Lead the full sales cycle for new business opportunities, including qualification, discovery, proposal development, pricing, contracting, and procurement coordination. • Collaborate with the Executive Director of Partner Success to ensure alignment between sales commitments and delivery capacity. • Contribute insights from district conversations to inform product development, marketing strategy, and strategic initiatives.
