Role Description As a Sales Account Executive specializing in Live Transfers, Inbound Processing, and Outbound Prospecting, you play a pivotal role in our sales ecosystem. You are responsible for converting warm and self-sourced leads into customers while driving consistent revenue growth. - Conducting cold outreach via phone, email, and other approved channels to identify and engage prospective clients - Self-sourcing qualified opportunities and managing them through the full sales cycle - Closing your first 10 self-sourced deals as part of the onboarding and ramp process - Receive live transfer calls from the SDR team once ramp expectations are met - Seamlessly continue conversations initiated by SDRs and convert qualified leads into closed deals - Handle inbound inquiries from website forms, emails, and phone calls - Respond promptly to prospects, answer questions, and guide them through the purchasing process - Actively listen to prospect needs, challenges, and buying intent - Identify opportunities where Engage's services provide clear value - Maintain ownership of deals from initial contact through close - Deliver tailored sales presentations aligned with prospect goals - Clearly articulate product value, differentiation, and ROI - Influence buying decisions using consultative sales techniques - Manage the full sales cycle including follow-ups, negotiations, and closing - Maintain accurate records in the CRM - Track deal progress, forecasting, and performance metrics - Provide regular updates to leadership Qualifications - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum 2+ years of B2B closing experience - Demonstrated success with outbound prospecting and self-sourced deals - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Highly organized, results-driven, and self-motivated - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment - Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Workspace Requirements - $80,000 base salary - $100,000 – $120,000 OTE - Uncapped commission structure Benefits - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with company match - Paid time off - Career growth and advancement opportunities - Supportive, performance-driven sales culture
