Energy Management Collaborative (EMC)

• Perform audit process by following audit scope requirements. • Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing audit results using provided templates. • Provide high level of communication between EMC Audit Management and EMC Solutions Managers. • Scheduling and coordination of audit trips. • Manage expenses during business travel. • Maintain accurate account of audit schedules/status in master spreadsheets. • Attend training programs as required. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• The Controls Engineer will be responsible for implementing advanced Smart Building control solutions for EMC clients and potential clients. • This position will play a key role in executing projects and programs which deliver significant Return on Investment (ROI) opportunities for customers. • The person will be one of the key technical controls engineers and will work closely with field teams, customers, and multiple departments at EMC to help get projects installed in the field. • This role will include, but is not limited to, integrating disparate building control systems, leveraging strong HVAC/lighting and building automation system knowledge to develop local stations that unlock ROI centered solutions for national accounts, and developing expertise in the existing business processes and tools at EMC.

• Travel to job sites nationwide to survey lighting and electrical systems • Count and document lighting fixtures and controls in commercial spaces • Record accurate data using simple tools and reporting templates • Prepare clear audit reports summarizing your findings • Coordinate your own travel schedules and manage expenses • Communicate with internal teams to keep projects organized and on track
