That means deeper integrations, smarter engagement loops, and the kind of reporting that makes renewal decisions easy. Join us in shaping the future of language learning and empowering millions to unlock opportunity through confident communication. Job overview: As Senior Product Manager for B2B, you will own the product experience for ELSA's enterprise segment — from the moment a company enrolls learners to the day they renew (and expand). You'll work directly with the Head of Product, engineering, customer success, and our largest clients to build the features that drive measurable skill improvement and make ELSA sticky at the account level. This is a high-ownership role. You'll own enterprise engagement, admin tooling, reporting, and the integrations that make ELSA work inside large organizations. You'll sit close to revenue — your roadmap directly impacts renewal rates and expansion ACV Key Responsibilities - End-to-end product development for the B2B segment — admin dashboards, learner engagement, manager reporting, LMS/SSO integrations, and onboarding flows for enterprise accounts - The engagement loop that keeps learners active after their first month — because disengagement in months 2–3 is where B2B churn begins - Product metrics tied to learning outcomes (e.g. proficiency score improvement) and account health (active learners, usage depth, renewal risk signals) - Zero-touch enrollment and scalable onboarding for large enterprise deployments — reducing CS burden and time-to-value for new accounts - Collaboration with the AI/ML team to surface personalized learning paths and coaching insights that administrators and L&D teams can act on - A clear, well-prioritized roadmap grounded in customer evidence, renewal data, and commercial impact — communicated directly to the CEO, Head of B2B, and enterprise clients - Voice of the customer inside PED — synthesizing feedback from CS, account managers, and client QBRs into concrete product decisions What You Will Have Must-Haves: - 5+ years of product management in B2B SaaS or enterprise-facing digital products - Demonstrated experience driving measurable outcomes in enterprise accounts — activation, engagement, renewal, or expansion - Strong analytical instincts — comfortable working with product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar) and structured data to diagnose engagement gaps and prioritize interventions - Experience building or improving admin tools, reporting dashboards, or enterprise onboarding flows - Excellent written and verbal English; able to present roadmap trade-offs credibly to C-suite and to enterprise client stakeholders - High ownership mentality — you treat pipeline health and renewal rates like your own business Strongly Preferred: - Experience with HubSpot (Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations Hubs) - Experience with quoting engines, billing systems, or CPQ tools. - Familiarity with data warehouses and ETL pipelines principles. - Understanding of SaaS principles, challenges, and best practices. - Python knowledge to write custom scripts for data transformations or to interact with APIs. - AI tool familiarity LangChain, LLM orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, etc. Why ELSA - Mission that matters — millions of professionals improve their careers through better English communication every day - Proprietary speech AI with a genuine moat — our coaching engine is not a wrapper on a general LLM - Fast-moving, low-bureaucracy culture — your roadmap can reach enterprise users across dozens of countries within weeks of launch - Significant upside as ELSA scales its enterprise business globally, including large-scale partnerships across Asia - Fully remote-friendly with a globally distributed team - A product leader who moves fast, thinks in frameworks, and will invest directly in your growth - Comprehensive employee well-being benefits. - Opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, well-funded Silicon Valley startup with global impact.

Role Summary We are looking for a Principal DevOps / SRE engineer to build and own our reliability practice end-to-end. This is not a firefighting role — our team already responds well to incidents. This person will formalize what works, automate what repeats, and build the foundation for enterprise-grade SRE as ELSA scales its B2B footprint. Key Responsibilities - Own the SRE practice: define severity tiers (P1–P4), formalize on-call rotation, build SLA tracking dashboards, and establish incident management workflows across a team of 4 DevOps engineers. - Build runbooks for the top recurring operational issues — pod scaling, deploy rollbacks, access management, EKS upgrades, CI/CD pipeline failures — and automate L1/L2 responses using tools like Shoreline.io, Rundeck, or PagerDuty automation. - Introduce and operationalize AI-assisted DevOps tooling: AIOps for alert correlation, CastAI/Kubecost for cost optimization, GitHub Copilot for IaC acceleration. Train the existing team on these tools. - Drive infrastructure modernization: EKS upgrades, Karpenter migration, observability (SigNoz/Prometheus), secrets management (ArgoCD/SOPS), and Terraform-based IaC maturity. - Collaborate with AI Engineering, Mobile, and B2B teams to ensure infrastructure supports real-time speech processing, GPU workloads, and multi-region enterprise deployments. - Design and plan round-the-clock SRE coverage model as B2B enterprise SLA commitments grow — evaluate vendor partnerships or strategic hires for Americas timezone coverage. What You Will Have - 2+ years in DevOps/SRE, with at least 2 years in a principal or staff-level role owning reliability practices for a production SaaS product. - Deep hands-on experience with AWS (EKS, EC2, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, Secrets Manager), Kubernetes (HPA, KEDA, Karpenter, pod scheduling, GPU workloads), and IaC (Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD). - Track record of building runbooks, on-call rotations, and incident management frameworks — not just participating in them. - Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, SigNoz or Datadog), CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), and alerting (PagerDuty, Opsgenie). - Comfort working across timezones with distributed teams (India, Vietnam, Portugal). Strong written communication — you'll be writing runbooks, RCAs, and proposals as much as Terraform. Nice to Have - Experience with AI/ML infrastructure (GPU scheduling, model serving, real-time audio/speech workloads). - Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, Vanta) in a DevOps context. - Hands-on experience with AIOps tooling, automated remediation platforms (Shoreline, Rundeck), or FinOps tools (CastAI, Kubecost). What We Offer - Flexible work setup: Remote-first for Singapore, India, Indonesia, Malaysia; hybrid model for Vietnam. - Comprehensive employee well-being benefits. - Free ELSA Premium courses to polish your language skills - Collaborative, international team culture. - Opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, well-funded Silicon Valley startup with global impact.

Role Summary We need a strong product designer to drive end-to-end UX/UI for the ELSA mobile app, working tightly with a Product team in India and Design leadership in New York. The job is to ship high-quality, measurable improvements fast. Key Responsibilities - Own design for key product areas (typical: onboarding, home, lesson flows, AI coaching surfaces, paywall/subscription, retention loops). - Turn fuzzy problems into shippable solutions: user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, final UI, specs. - Partner daily with PM + Engineering (India-based) to define scope, constraints, and tradeoffs. - Run lightweight discovery and validation (Maze tests, usability tests, surveys, funnel review) and iterate based on evidence. - Maintain and extend the design system (components, patterns, accessibility, states). - Ensure clean handoff: redlines/specs, edge cases, QA, post-launch check-ins. - Communicate clearly in async: Looms, concise docs, decisions + rationale. What “good” looks like in 60–90 days - You’ve shipped at least 1–2 meaningful improvements tied to a funnel metric (activation/retention/paid conversion). - You run a tight design cycle with the India product team (weekly cadence, crisp handoffs, minimal churn). - You proactively surface risks (scope creep, tech constraints, unclear success metrics) and propose options. What You Will Have - 3–7 years product design experience (consumer mobile strongly preferred). - Strong interaction design + visual polish (you can design production-ready UI). - Solid product thinking: metrics, tradeoffs, experimentation mindset. - Comfortable with ambiguity and speed; you don’t need perfect inputs to start. - Strong Figma skills (components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping). - Excellent written communication and async collaboration habits. - Experience working cross-timezone and with engineers. Nice to have - Experience in edtech, language learning, subscriptions, or growth loops. - Experience with AI-powered features (coaching, personalization, generation). - Motion/micro-interactions, accessibility, and design systems depth. - What to include in application - Portfolio with 2–3 case studies showing: problem → exploration → shipped outcome (or strong validation). - For at least one case study, show mobile UI detail and how you worked with Engineering. What We Offer - Flexible work setup: Remote and hybrid work arrangements available. - Comprehensive employee well-being benefits. - Free ELSA Premium courses to polish your language skills - Collaborative, international team culture. - Opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, well-funded Silicon Valley startup with global impact.
