• Build, lead, and develop a team of full cycle outbound Account Executives responsible for driving new revenue within a performance based marketplace. • Own team quota attainment and performance consistency, with a focus on increasing productivity per AE, reducing variance, and improving ramp speed. • Coach AEs on prospecting strategy, pipeline generation, account planning, objection handling, pricing conversations, ROI articulation, and complex deal closing. • Establish operational rigor through structured forecasting, pipeline inspection, territory planning, and capacity modeling. • Drive pricing discipline within a competitive bidding marketplace, ensuring reps understand bid strategy, margin impact, and payback windows. • Lead effective one-on-ones, team meetings, call reviews, and ongoing training sessions to reinforce standards and elevate selling motion. • Develop deep subject matter expertise across customer acquisition, lead generation, and performance marketing within the home services and legal verticals. • Hold the team accountable to clear and accurate communication of product, policies, pricing, and ROI expectations to prospects and clients. • Partner cross functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to improve funnel performance, conversion rates, and client outcomes. • Contribute to broader strategic initiatives including segmentation planning, headcount modeling, and revenue growth strategies. • Continuously evaluate industry trends, competitive dynamics, and marketplace shifts that impact pricing, volume, and sales motion.
