Requirements - Expand customer base: Establish, maintain, and systematically grow the regional client portfolio. - Drive high-value sales: Source, negotiate, and close premium contracts with corporate accounts and key clients. - Practice empathetic coaching: Guide sales executives using first-hand experience gained from walking a mile in their shoes. - Work directly with clients: Interface personally with key accounts to secure long-term service delivery and retention. - Understand business growth: Analyze market trends to execute fast-paced business development strategies. - Lead with high energy: Cultivate a motivational, fast-paced, and supportive work environment for all teams. - Manage team potential: Support, mentor, and drive teams to achieve their maximum professional capability. - Be a motivational team leader: Focused on managing and supporting your teams to achieve potential, goals, targets and deadlines. - Facilitate professional training: Conduct advanced workshops using programme training modules in communication and interpersonal skills. - Develop junior leaders: Equip junior management tracks with essential team management and leadership skills. - Assess trainee competency: Evaluate staff on sales proficiency, professional conduct, and leadership readiness. - Support daily branch operations: Oversee physical and administrative workflows across expanding branch locations. - Practice strict self-discipline: Execute advanced business management tasks with excellent time management and flexibility. - Control regional budgets: Allocate financial resources, approve operational expenses, and audit branch cash flows. - Audit compliance frameworks: Verify all administrative logs, client contracts, and branch paperwork are accurate. - Report to senior management: Present comprehensive sales forecasts, training milestones, and operational data to directors. - Master the management framework: Complete advanced training blocks covering business management and business development. - Progress into senior placement: Leverage the development-focused role structure to advance within the group of companies. - Transition from execution to oversight: Shift from hands-on service delivery to autonomous, multi-branch executive control.
