• Develop and grow EDCO’s retail business in Greece, Serbia, North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania • Build and maintain a strong network within the retail landscape (food and non-food) in the Balkan region • 40% relationship management, strengthening partnerships with existing clients • 60% new business development, acquiring new retail customers and expanding market presence • Initiate and manage customer-specific promotions and commercial proposals • Project-based sales of displays, planograms, and private label solutions • Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on quotations in close cooperation with internal teams • Analyze historical sales data to optimize and personalize product assortments for customers • Collaborate intensively with marketing, purchasing, and supply chain departments • Represent EDCO at international trade fairs and during tender processes
