• In this role you will provide support on ongoing projects with predefined scope targets (project phases 1–6) • You are responsible for reviewing execution drawings as well as shop and assembly drawings • When necessary, you coordinate with external specialist planners and the internal building services (TGA) / building physics teams
• Responsibility for client acquisition within a defined regional customer base • Proactively reach out to potential customers via email, phone, social media, and networking • Systematically qualify leads and prioritize opportunities • Provide product consultation and presentations to build lasting enthusiasm for ecoworks solutions • Create initial, standardized site analyses and project estimates to assess technical feasibility • Provide detailed profiles of project inquiries to the Pre-Construction team • Use and maintain existing CRM tools (HubSpot) • Develop multipliers and influencers to support decision-making • Participate in industry-relevant trade shows and events • Build knowledge of market trends and competitor strategies and continuously share experience with team members
• As a Sales Development Manager at ecoworks, you are responsible for customer acquisition within a defined regional client base: • Proactively contacting potential customers through various channels (email, phone, social media, networking) to generate meetings • Systematically qualifying leads and prioritizing opportunities • Advising on and presenting residential and real-estate-related products to sustainably engage customers with ecoworks solutions • Preparing initial, standardized site analyses and project calculations to assess technical feasibility using our specialized software • Providing detailed profiles of project inquiries and key findings to the Pre-Construction team to enable smooth handovers and successful conversions • Using and maintaining existing CRM tools (HubSpot) to identify and document prospects • Developing multipliers and influencers within organizations to accelerate decision-making and align stakeholders with the benefits of serial renovation • Participating in industry-relevant trade shows and events • Building knowledge of market trends, competitor strategies, innovations, as well as product and industry expertise, and continuously sharing experience with team members for ongoing improvement and mutual support
