Echo Analytics

• Own a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and developing a deep understanding of their needs. • Drive growth and retention by securing renewals, reducing churn, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Oversee contracts and negotiations, managing renewals and commercial discussions with your accounts. • Lead onboarding and adoption, ensuring new clients successfully launch and quickly realize value from Echo. • Handle and coordinate technical or operational requests, working closely with Product, Tech, and Delivery teams when needed. • Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback and insights to improve our product and services. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Tech teams to deliver the best customer experience and continue improving Echo’s offering.
