Role Description We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media and Content Specialist to help oversee and grow our online presence across social media platforms. In this role, you will: - Develop and execute social media content. - Manage day-to-day social media activities. - Organize content. - Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and experience with content management tools. You will collaborate with marketing, design, and program teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Qualifications - 1-2 years of experience managing professional social media accounts, startup experience preferred. - Content management experience. - Experience with using Capcut to create long and short form videos. - Graphic design experience, ideally in Figma. - Strong collaborative & inclusive working style. - Self-direction, integrity, tenacity, and a “let’s get it done” attitude. - Clear, structured, and responsive communication. - Know your way around cloud-based software applications, including Asana, Slack, Zoom, G Suite, Figma, Video Editing Software, and DAM Software. Requirements - Creativity and a passion for making engaging content. - Ability to oversee day-to-day execution of social channels (IG, LI, FB, YT, and more). - Consistent and frequent posting to maintain an active presence on all platforms. - Maintain Eat Real’s digital asset management system. - Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, and best practices. - Provide regular reporting to inform strategy and decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive social media communications. - Comfort with ambiguity and enjoys starting from scratch. Role Description As an Eat Real Program Manager, you will guide school districts through our K-12 certification program, providing a high-touch, concierge-level experience from onboarding through certification. You’ll be hands-on in managing district relationships, shepherding the assessment process, and piloting new tech-enabled support offerings. Most importantly, you’ll be helping school leaders across the country create a healthy, delicious future for their students. Qualifications - 4+ years of foodservice experience at scale, including operations, nutrition, menu planning, and procurement. Strong knowledge of K-12 foodservice is preferred but not required. - Experience in customer success, relationship, or program management strongly preferred. - Customer-first approach: prioritizes trust, collaboration, and long-term relationships over transactions. - Builder mentality: comfortable with ambiguity, enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. - Self-directed and tenacious: acts with integrity, takes initiative, and maintains a ‘let’s get it done’ attitude. - Strong project management skills: highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at managing multiple priorities. - Strategic and analytical thinker: anticipates challenges and applies strategic, analytical thinking to solve problems and support long-term planning. - Collaborative and inclusive: excels in cross-functional teamwork and values diverse perspectives. - Tech-savvy: comfortable using Asana, Slack, Google Suite, client portals, CRM systems, and other cloud-based tools. - Alignment with Eat Real’s values: - We Serve Heroes — And Each Other - Make Every Day Better - Leave Room for Magic - Be a Great Hang - Bachelor’s Degree preferred; sense of humor required.
