Environmental & Energy Technology Council of Maine (E2Tech)

• Receive customer inquiries through multiple channels (calls, email, text, and video) • Document customer needs in structured case management tools • Assists the customer in finding the solution and develops a support plan • Capture customers user needs in the form of user stories • Regular collaboration as part of the product team creating better outcomes for customers • Actively participate in daily and weekly team meetings

• Work with company leadership to define the technical direction of E2's first product offering. • Work in a cross-disciplinary product-lead company to define Objectives & Key Results • Work on innovative engineering challenges around human-centered customer support, business intelligence data, computer vision, and data science • Co-create technical roadmaps for B2C and B2B offerings • Hire and cultivate a diverse engineering team • Embody E2's unique human-centered values to transform engineering culture at E2

• Develop and execute a design strategy that solves customer needs and achieves business goals. • Own all aspects of product design across web and mobile. • Employ research, storytelling, design systems, and design thinking to solve customer needs. • Prototype and iterate quickly based on experience and Lean Discovery evidence. • Partner with product and engineering to ensure high-quality and consistent implementation and UX. • Provide input and opinions on brand & marketing design.
