Role Description We are looking for an entrepreneurial and highly motivated Sales Manager / Trader (m/f/d) with strong market knowledge and an independent working style. - Develop and expand sales of paraffin wax and chemical products in the Polish market - Identify and acquire new industrial customers - Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients - Conduct offer preparation, price negotiations, and contract finalization - Develop relationships with refineries and suppliers - Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities - Represent the company in commercial negotiations Qualifications - Sales experience, ideally in chemicals, petrochemicals, wax, or related industries - Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills - Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style - Entrepreneurial thinking and proactive attitude - Excellent Polish and English skills (mandatory) - German or Russian is an advantage - Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Driver’s license and willingness to travel within Poland - Existing industry contacts are a strong advantage Benefits - Attractive performance-based compensation with high commission potential - Low fixed base salary with uncapped commission - Flexible working hours and high level of autonomy - Opportunity to build and develop your own market - Long-term growth perspective in an international trading company - Direct cooperation with company management - Access to an established supplier and customer network - Base salary: minimal fixed salary (negotiable depending on experience) - Commission: highly attractive, performance-based and uncapped - Total compensation strongly linked to sales performance - Location: Miedzyrzec Podlaski (remote work possible) Company Description Seit 2004 ist die DW OIL Trading GmbH in der petrochemischen Branche auf dem russischen, asiatischen und europäischen Markt vertreten.
