Role Description Are you a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and luxury travel? Dreamland Experiences is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help us continue to provide unforgettable vacation packages to our clients. - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Dreamland Experiences' luxury vacation packages and services - Identify and reach out to potential clients through various means, such as networking events, cold calling, and online platforms - Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our vacation packages - Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic sales plans and campaigns - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales records in our CRM system - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals - Attend and represent Dreamland Experiences at industry events and trade shows - Continuously stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market changes Qualifications - Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the luxury travel industry - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities - Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Willingness to travel as needed - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred) Benefits - Competitive salary - Commission - Benefits package - Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company
