• Design and iterate the end-to-end UI/UX flow for AI-assisted game creation • Determine how players will interact with “Forge”, the character that helps them build their Dreams • Create a playful and engaging “game-within-a-game” experience, ensuring the creation process is as enjoyable as the game itself • Balance structure and freedom: guide users effectively through prompts so they don’t feel stuck, without limiting their creative potential • Develop user flows and high-fidelity prototypes that can be implemented in Unity • Collaborate with engineers, AI specialists, and game designers to bring the experience to life • Conduct usability testing, synthesize feedback, and refine designs to optimize the player experience
• You will lead the voice of DreamForge in public communities, help drive user acquisition and activation during launch, and build long-term engagement engines around our product. • You will be responsible for planning and executing launch campaigns, managing social platforms, and forging strong relationships with creators and power users. • Create DreamForge games and play them frequently so you know the platform better than anyone! • Develop and execute growth strategies to support launch goals and long-term engagement • Manage DreamForge social accounts, including: Discord, Reddit (brand subreddit + relevant gaming/AI communities), Twitter / X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Other forums (e.g., Product Hunt, Discord groups, gaming communities) • Draft and publish compelling content, announcements, and community updates • Capture, edit, and share videos showcasing the DreamForge creation process and gameplay • Respond to user feedback, moderate discussions, and escalate issues internally • Identify, recruit, and support early advocates, moderators, and influencers • Track and analyze growth and engagement metrics; iterate on tactics • Manage reviews across the different platforms • Partner closely with the Product team to align messaging and campaigns • Lead events and contests where appropriate • Metrics for Success: New Players, Daily Active Users / Weekly Active Users (DAUs/WAUs), Conversion to Paid Subscribers, Followers on Social Media Accounts, Social Media & Content Engagement, Virality (game shares, platform referrals)
