• Manage a regional customer portfolio and continuously acquire new customers for electrotechnical safety inspections • Schedule appointments and present services to customers through in-person cold calling and by phone • Prepare and follow up on customer-specific quotes in close coordination with the technical department • Sell the service portfolio and independently negotiate contracts in line with company guidelines • Provide sustainable customer care and expand business relationships with a long-term focus

• Betreuung einer regionalen Kundenstruktur und kontinuierliche Neukundengewinnung für den Bereich elektrotechnische Betriebssicherheitsprüfung • Terminierung sowie Dienstleistungspräsentation beim Kunden durch persönliche Kaltakquise und per Telefon • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung der kundenspezifischen Angebote in enger Abstimmung mit der technischen Fachabteilung • Verkauf des Dienstleistungsportfolios und eigenständige Verhandlung von Verträgen nach betrieblichen Vorgaben • Nachhaltige Kundenbetreuung und Erweiterung der Geschäftsbeziehung mit langfristiger Ausrichtung

• Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customer relationships • Development of customized solution concepts for electrical and non-electrical testing services • Close coordination with technical and commercial project management to ensure customer satisfaction • Preparation of proposals, contract negotiations and contract finalization • Identification of market opportunities and trends and communication of findings to management • Preparation of documentation of sales activities and sales figures
