Role Description This position is responsible for providing strategic business analysis to internal and external business partners. The focus will be to work closely with all departments identifying areas of need as it relates to business processes and data analytics. Be customer centric and provide meaningful insights to drive business growth. - Develop and execute data quality improvements - Collaborate with global leadership team to identify improvement opportunities and data analytics needs - Establish KPI’s to measure the overall effectiveness of the business - Take initiative to proactively identify areas for business process improvements and provide solutions - Work closely with developers to implement the requirements and provide necessary testing - Increase adoption and satisfaction with reports or business processes - Identify and develop system integrations - Plan, prioritize, and plan requirements - Support system conversions, upgrades and enhancements - Provide assistance with SIEM tool integration - Manage business partner relationships and establish communication plans - Create and maintain project schedules and estimates - Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and recommend new systems Qualifications - Strong project management - Ability to successfully multitask - Strong relationship building skills & communication skills - Proficient in MS Office products - Strong understanding of change management - Technical experience with SQL, ETL, and data modeling - Proficient in PowerBI - Knowledge and experience with ERP systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize
