• Source proprietary acquisition opportunities through high-volume direct outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, direct mail) • Build long-term relationships with founders, family business owners, executives, and trusted intermediaries • Attend and represent KCG at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events • Maintain detailed, up-to-date records of all outreach activity, conversations, and opportunity status within the CRM system • Track pipeline metrics including outreach volume, contact rates, conversion rates, and qualified opportunities generated • Build and maintain investment and operating models focused on long-term cash flow, return on capital, and stewardship mindset • Support valuation analysis, deal structuring, and investment committee materials • Support post-acquisition integration efforts alongside operating company leadership team
