• Own and achieve your assigned sales quota with full accountability across the sales lifecycle — from opportunity identification through proposal, negotiation, and close • Build, manage, and accurately forecast a robust sales pipeline • Develop and expand relationships within new and existing accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and escalation point for client needs • Organize and lead client meetings, including capabilities presentations and bid defenses • Drive governance processes with strategic accounts in collaboration with services and executive leadership • Collect and share competitive intelligence to inform sales strategy and go-to-market approaches • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, contracts, marketing, and technical teams to support deal execution and client success • Mentor and support the development of junior Business Development team members
