• You are responsible for the entire Meta Ads strategy for our clients — from audience analysis and campaign setup to data-driven optimization. • You develop full-funnel strategies for Facebook and Instagram ads. • You define audiences based on data and insights. • You manage budgets and scale what works. • You analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CTR and CPA. • You systematically test creatives, audiences, placements and bidding strategies.
• You are a marketing generalist with an e‑commerce focus — you manage campaigns across multiple channels and ensure everything works together. • Cross‑channel strategy: You develop marketing strategies that connect SEO, paid social, email marketing and on‑site optimization. • Campaign management: You plan, run and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google and other platforms. • Content & SEO: You understand how to build organic traffic and collaborate with our content team to implement it. • Email marketing: You design automated flows and newsletter strategies that strengthen customer retention and drive revenue. • Analysis & optimization: You track the performance of all activities, identify opportunities for improvement; you know how a good online shop should be structured — from product pages to checkout.
• You develop content strategies that don’t just sound good but rank — turning organic traffic into real customers. • Keyword strategy & content planning: You research high-potential keywords, cluster them thematically, and create editorial plans that systematically build traffic. • Content hub architecture: You build thematic clusters that show both Google and users that someone is an authority on the topic. • Briefings & content management: You create SEO briefings for writers, provide feedback, and ensure every piece is both search-optimized and readable. • On-page optimization: You optimize existing content, improve internal linking, and ensure pages reach their full ranking potential. • Performance tracking: You analyze which content performs and which doesn’t — and derive concrete optimization measures.
• Topic research, text structuring and content planning • Writing original web texts and blog articles • Creating lists, how-to guides and FAQs • Diverse projects (garden plants, pet-related topics, cosmetics, entrepreneurship) • Proofreading and publishing finished texts • Image sourcing, creation and optimization • Producing content for social media (primarily Pinterest)
