• Assume complete ownership as Account Manager for existing customers and new accounts in the APAC region • Proactively manage all renewal opportunities within your portfolio, ensuring minimal churn and achieving a high client retention rate • Define, track and report on key account health metrics • Develop and execute tailored success plans for all accounts • Consistently demonstrate the ROI and business value of dTIMS ecosystem to clients • Plan and lead strategic business reviews focusing on past successes, future alignment, and expansion opportunities • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to define and shape opportunities, lead proposals, and manage project execution • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
