• Account management: Own the full sales cycle from inbound leads through contract signing (pitch, negotiation, onboarding); manage daily client relationships and drive subscription renewals with strategic partners. • Operations: Monitor the Deezer for Professionals platform daily, ensure a seamless user experience, and coordinate with tech and product teams to continuously improve the solution. • Editorial & music: Help clients translate their brand identity into a unique musical atmosphere, handle catalogue management and regular track renewals. Collaborate with the editorial team to create tailored playlists and curated music selections for clients. • Project & communication: Support the growth of the solution through cross-functional projects, including website work, B2B communications (PR, LinkedIn), customer portfolio development, and management of support tools.
