Deep Sync

• Own the roadmap and strategy for Deep Sync's agentic platform, from initial build-out through internal adoption and expansion into client-facing workflows. • Set the direction, define priorities, and drive execution in close collaboration with engineering. • Serve as Deep Sync's internal AI evangelist, educating teams on what is possible, building enthusiasm for agentic workflows, and translating cutting-edge AI capabilities into practical, high-value applications for the business. • Define and maintain a prioritized pipeline of AI enhancement opportunities. • Develop a clear framework for evaluating what problems to solve and when, weighing business value, feasibility, and strategic fit, so Deep Sync always bets on the right opportunities. • Partner with product and engineering teams across Deep Sync as key stakeholders. • Drive adoption of the agentic platform for internal use cases, identifying workflows across the organization where AI can meaningfully reduce friction, accelerate delivery, or unlock new capabilities for our teams. • Maintain a sharp, opinionated point of view on the state of the art in AI. • Monitor developments across the AI landscape, synthesize what is relevant to Deep Sync, and act as a filter, ensuring we are not building AI for AI's sake but identifying high-value opportunities that move the business forward. • Develop clear product definitions, internal documentation, and enablement materials that help teams across Deep Sync understand and effectively use the agentic platform and AI-powered workflows.

• Design and implement autonomous agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI that can interact with internal APIs and external tools to solve multi-step problems. • Build and optimize high-performance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases (Pinecone/Milvus) to ground LLMs in our deterministic identity data. • Take AI prototypes and turn them into scalable, fault-tolerant production services using Python, Docker, and Kubernetes on AWS. • Experiment with prompt engineering, few-shot prompting, and fine-tuning open-source models (Llama 3, Mistral) to balance performance with cost and latency. • Build evaluation frameworks (Evals) to measure agent reliability, accuracy, and safety, ensuring our agents perform deterministically in a production environment. • Work closely with the Principal Engineering Manager to define technical standards, code reviews, and architectural patterns for the growing team.

• Build and lead the Agentic Platform team from scratch, serving as the technical visionary and "Head of AI" for the region • Architect and develop the core Agentic AI platform, designing autonomous agents that can reason, plan, and execute complex workflows to drive operational excellence • Actively code and prototype key components of the system (Python/LLM frameworks), setting the standard for code quality and architectural patterns • Collaborate with global executive leadership to define the AI product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Deep Sync’s broader data and identity strategy • Recruit, hire, and mentor a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and technical excellence • Drive the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies into our deterministic identity graph and marketing solutions

• Develop, test, and deploy features for our AI-first product portfolio. • Work on our cutting-edge customer interaction platforms, focusing on writing clean, scalable, and reliable code. • Collaborate with the team on the development of our Agentic AI platform to enhance our operational excellence. • Work closely with senior engineers and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with team members to foster a collaborative environment.

• Take ownership of complex features and components of our AI-first product portfolio, from design through to deployment • Contribute significantly to creating cutting-edge customer interaction platforms, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and user-friendly • Participate in the development of an Agentic AI platform to enhance our operational excellence • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines to collect, process, and store data from various sources. • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the pipeline. • Design and implement existing data models for predictive analytics, machine learning, and data exploration. • Optimize data structures and storage to support predictive analytics/machine learning processes. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data from diverse sources, including databases, APIs, and external data providers. • Develop and maintain ETL processes to transform and enrich raw data into actionable insights. • Monitor and optimize the performance of data pipelines and databases to meet business requirements. • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data engineering and data science technologies. • Share knowledge and mentor junior team members.
