Role Description Remote work option is available with limited onsite visits. - Strong EDI experience in X12 and EDIFACT standards, with emphasis on using Seeburger as a service delivery partner in an SAP environment, focusing on Sales & Distribution (SD), FI-EDI, and SAP EDI configuration. - Responsible for the daily EDI operations, which include production support, administration, control, scheduling, and balancing of EDI documents. - Identify and implement process improvements within the EDI structure, including system interfaces and policy and procedure changes. - Perform detailed analysis of project requirements and assist in developing functional specifications. - Work with the VAN, AS2, (S)FTP, and HTTP(S) partners to implement the necessary enhancements and monitor document transmissions. - Perform detailed design and mapping specification creation for translation between Legacy and EDI formats. - Lead customer-based projects digitizing current processes and fully utilizing EDI capabilities, such as autoload implementation, which supports automatic order generation, reducing manual EDI orders. - Serve as a primary liaison with key users in specific functional areas of the business. - Work closely with SAP business analysts to resolve daily issues and design/create new business processes. - Provide project and technical guidance to other IS members or consultants assigned to work on a specific project or functional area. - Complete projects and tasks as assigned by the IS Manager. - Develop systems documentation and training programs for new applications in accordance with current IS Standards and update older system documentation as system updates are performed. - Provide training to new and existing system users. - Build, test, and maintain all system interfaces, including SAP, BI, and E-commerce systems. - Identify, develop, and maintain the procedures that aid in system recovery in case of disaster. - Work with IS Operations to ensure that systems are transferred to a production status once the new system has been implemented or an older system has been upgraded. Role Description This position is a Medicaid Subject Matter (SME) Expert for the Enterprise Data Warehouse supporting the State Medicaid program. This role requires significant expertise of Medicaid Enterprise System modules and data warehousing or decision support systems. The selected SME will provide guidance and direction to support a large data warehouse implementation for both DDI and maintenance & operations. - Provide direction, guidance and recommendations supporting decision making for large Medicaid data warehouse implementation and operations. - Lead and guide internal and external stakeholders to make determinations relating to complex processes involving claims processing/adjudication, recipient eligibility, provider enrollment, and third-party liability. - Proactively identify and understand state Medicaid agency data needs and determine the recommended solution to meet them with credible reason, justification and validated proof of concepts. - Direct technical and business teams on understanding healthcare topics and utilizing healthcare data appropriately. - Proactively suggest and recommend enhancements and improvements throughout the project processes, driven by Medicaid best practices, standards and policies. This is a telecommute position with some (<25%) required travel to Springfield, IL for onsite customer meetings. Qualifications - More than ten (10) years of experience in information technology with five (5) years of experience working directly with/for State Medicaid agencies or equivalent, supporting business initiatives through data analysis, writing business requirements and testing/validation of various systems. - More than 2 years of experience working CMS Federal Reporting MARS, PERM, T-MSIS, Quality of Care CMS Core Measure or similar projects. - Understanding of claims, recipient/eligibility, and provider/enrollment data processes. - Able to create and perform data analysis using SQL, Excel against data warehouses, utilizing large datasets. - Knowledge of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services reporting requirements and the programs covered. - Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills, manager/executive/director-level client facing, team collaboration, and mentoring skills. - Ability to travel to Springfield, IL two (3) to three (4) times per year or as needed. Role Description Looking for an offshore Senior Developer (for PMA and supporting EID/CJP) who has experience in Databricks/PySpark, is willing to learn new technologies if needed and is able to work with the team. The developer will be mainly focusing on implementing the Delete Act changes needed for PMA. Along with that, he will support the optimizations/enhancement for EID/CJP. - Design and development of data ingestion pipelines (Databricks background preferred). - Performance tune and optimize the Databricks jobs. - Evaluates new features and refractors existing code. - Develop and integrate software applications using suitable development methodologies and standards, applying standard architectural patterns, taking into account critical performance characteristics and security measures. - Collaborate with Business Analysts, Technical Manager, Architects, and Senior Developers to establish the physical application framework (e.g. libraries, modules, execution environments). - Perform end-to-end automation of ETL process for various datasets that are being ingested into the big data platform. - Must be willing to flex work hours accordingly to support application launches and manage production outages if necessary. - Works on best practices and documenting the process code merges and releases (Bitbucket). - Works with architect and manager on designs and best practices. Responsible for design of application considering the cost and best practices. - Good data analysis skills. - Must be willing to self-learn new technologies, become SMEs and develop high-quality code in a fast-paced environment. - Mentor junior developers and be hands-on in development work. - Work with QA and automation team. Must have attention to detail to cover all scenarios for testing. - Handles and supports current production applications. - Performs code reviews and discussion on the changes with Technology Manager. Qualifications - Must be a team player. - Must have at least 5 years of IT development experience. - Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Must have experience in designing solutions, performing code reviews, mentoring junior engineers. - Must have strong SQL and backend experience, and working on data-driven projects. - Must have the following experience: Python/PySpark, SQL, Databricks, SCALA, SQL, Spark/Spark Streaming, Big Data Tool Set, Linux, Kafka.
