Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in federal business development, capture management, or related roles, with progressively increasing responsibility. - Proven track record of leading and winning significant federal captures, including single-award pursuits valued at $50M+. - In-depth knowledge of DHS and Federal Civilian (FedCiv) markets. - Expert familiarity with federal procurement practices and tools. - Experience with Autogen AI and Salesforce; and CoPilot. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Government, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). This Power Platform Developer will work as part of a team that develops and delivers Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and data visualization solutions to the government customer. This role provides Power Platform Developer support to a dynamic organization supporting the Army. The government customer team works in partnership with the DSA team and subcontractors to provide a cohesive support model to a varied customer base.
