• Define and execute the design vision of CYBRET AI • Own the end-to-end design of CYBRET’s platform, from core workflows and dashboards to advanced security and AI-driven interfaces • Build and maintain a scalable design system that supports speed, consistency, and quality • Ensure design quality across all surfaces, including web, dashboards, internal tools, and future products • Own and evolve CYBRET AI’s visual identity in close collaboration with leadership • Act as the design authority across the company • Collaborate deeply with engineers, product, and researchers • Mentor future designers as the team grows
• Lead and execute advanced research initiatives in AI-driven security • Formulate novel research questions and design experiments • Develop and validate AI algorithms for security applications • Collaborate across disciplines to advance autonomous security systems • Contribute to the technical vision and publish in top conferences/journals
Design, build, and maintain core backend services and APIs Implement scalable, secure, and well-structured backend architectures Own services end-to-end from design and implementation to production and iteration Build and operate data pipelines for security signals, exposure data, and reasoning outputs Work with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous processing Ensure correctness, consistency, and performance at scale Design for fault tolerance, observability, and operational excellence Implement logging, metrics, tracing, and monitoring.

• Help define how exposure, risk, and exploitability are modeled, analyzed, and acted upon • Work across cloud security, identity, network security, detection engineering, and security architecture • Design and improve how CYBRET AI models attack surfaces across cloud, identity, network, and application layers • Identify real-world attack paths and exploit chains rather than theoretical vulnerabilities • Develop risk scoring and prioritization beyond CVSS • Incorporate exploitability, exposure, identity context, and business impact into decision-making • Design and evaluate security controls across Azure, AWS, and GCP • Contribute to detection logic, correlation, and multi-signal reasoning • Design and assess secure network architectures including private networking, segmentation, and zero-trust principles • Track attacker techniques, emerging threats, and exploitation patterns
