• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the LATAM region, building a robust pipeline of prospects in security, retail, transportation, and other key verticals • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to local market conditions, regulatory requirements, and cultural considerations across Latin American countries • Establish and nurture relationships with system integrators, distributors, resellers, and technology partners to expand market reach and accelerate growth • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, understanding their security challenges and demonstrating how AI analytics solutions address their specific needs • Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and emerging opportunities to inform product development and business strategy decisions • Own regional sales targets and work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project implementations and customer satisfaction

• Test our products and validate them in realistic setups • Support customers with production questions, and help define best practices for running CVEDIA software in the field • Act as a technical expert for production and deployment-related questions from customers and partners • Recommend hardware configurations (CPU/GPU, storage, memory) and deployment architectures that match customer use cases • Work with REST APIs to help customers integrate CVEDIA products into their systems and workflows • Collect and structure field feedback on performance, usability, and edge cases • Contribute to automation of tests and repeatable validation flows when possible
