We are currently seeking an experienced Senior OpenShift Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in OpenShift Cluster design, performance tuning, automation, and capacity planning, as well as experience in infrastructure technologies. This position involves providing technical leadership, working directly with clients, and delivering robust, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, set up, and manage OpenShift clusters, including performance tuning and capacity planning. Deploy and manage OpenShift on bare-metal and/or Virtual infrastructure.. Implement and manage ACM (Advanced Cluster Management) and ACS (Advanced Cluster Security) for OpenShift. Automate tasks within OpenShift utilizing tools like Jenkins, Git, and Ansible. Diagnose and resolve pod-related issues in OpenShift environments. Configure monitoring on OpenShift clusters using Prometheus and Grafana. Implement and optimize OpenShift Pipelines to streamline CI/CD workflows. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing support and technical guidance. Create and maintain internal documentation for compliance and knowledge transfer. Collaborate with the Architecture team, taking ownership of specific project tasks, including estimating timelines, delivering on schedule, and making adjustments as needed. Anticipate potential risks and identify opportunities for optimization throughout the project lifecycle. Work with Developer Hub to enhance developer productivity and streamline application delivery. • Design and own enterprise-scale data integration architectures across multi-cloud environments (OCI, AWS, Azure) • Define technology-agnostic integration patterns that decouple business logic from underlying data platforms • Architect solutions that seamlessly support batch, micro-batch, and event-driven pipelines • Embed security-first principles into all designs, including PII masking, data protection, and Zero-Trust access models • Establish standards for enterprise observability, enabling real-time visibility into data health, latency, quality, and lineage • Serve as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating complex requirements into scalable architectures • Provide architectural leadership and governance across delivery teams to ensure consistency, quality, and long-term sustainability
• Lead the design and implementation of Informatica‑based data integration, ETL/ELT, and data quality solutions. • Analyze client requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical designs. • Configure, develop, and optimize mappings, workflows, and sessions in Informatica tools. • Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to define target data architectures and integration patterns. • Support data migration initiatives, including source analysis, mapping, transformation rules, and validation. • Implement and enforce best practices for performance tuning, error handling, and reusability in Informatica projects. • Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment guides. • Provide guidance, mentoring, and code reviews for junior consultants and developers. • Participate in pre-sales activities: effort estimation, solution proposals, demos, and client workshops. • Troubleshoot complex issues across environments (dev/test/prod) and ensure stable operations after go-live.
