Role Description The Payroll Specialist assists facility payroll personnel with accurate and timely payroll processing for facility personnel. The Payroll Specialist ensures an accurate and timely record of employee information and supports all aspects of the payroll process, while maintaining a solid audit trail and producing related reports. Schedule: Full-Time: Remote Qualifications - Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Time & Attendance administration, preferable knowledge in UKG Workforce Management. - Minimum of 3 years processing payroll, knowledge in ADP WorkforceNow a must. - Associate degree, or equivalent, relevant work experience. - Perform analysis, reconciliation, and audits of timekeeping, payroll data. - Processing and monitoring of wage garnishments, tax liens, child support orders, and required notifications. - Ensuring accuracy of all new hire data and changes processed via WorkforceNow system. - Ensure timely processing of leaves of absence and terminations in WorkforceNow system. - Knowledge of 401K withholding and common benefit withholdings. - Processing of employment verifications, unemployment claims, disability claims, and other payroll or benefits related documents. - Ability to multi-task, pivot, and be flexible in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Strong organizational, analytical, accounting, math, writing, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are required to be successful in this role.
