Role Description We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the technology strategy, IT governance, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives for our Swedish operations. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution in an ambitious growth company. You will build and lead the IT, security and operational resilience function of a growing regulated fintech company. As CIO, you will also play a key role in ensuring compliance with Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) regulations, DORA requirements, GDPR, EBA ICT guidelines, and other relevant Swedish and EU legislation. Key Responsibilities - Establish, lead and scale high-performing IT and security teams. - Define and execute the company’s IT and technology strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory expectations. - Ensure compliance with Finansinspektionen regulations, DORA, GDPR, EBA Guidelines on ICT and security risk management, and Swedish cybersecurity requirements. - Lead IT governance, information security, infrastructure, and software development functions as they grow. - Own IT budgeting, procurement, cost optimization and technology investment planning. - Oversee cybersecurity strategy, incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. - Ensure strong controls around outsourcing, cloud services, and third-party vendor management. - Manage IT audits, regulatory inspections, and remediation activities. - Drive digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives. - Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams to maintain a secure and compliant technology environment. - Develop and maintain data governance and information security frameworks. - Build and operate foundational IT processes, tooling and controls. - Select, negotiate and manage relationships with IT vendors, cloud providers and software partners. - Initially run day-to-day IT operations including end-user support, device management, SaaS administration and workplace IT. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles within banking, fintech, or regulated financial services. - Strong understanding of Swedish financial regulations and Finansinspektionen expectations regarding ICT and operational resilience. - Experience with DORA, GDPR, ISO 27001, cybersecurity frameworks, and cloud governance. - Proven experience managing IT risk, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. - Proven experience building or scaling IT and security functions in growing organizations. - Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on in fast growing environments. - Experience leading large-scale technology transformation projects. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Excellent leadership and people management capabilities. - Fluent English required; Swedish language skills are highly desirable. Role Description We are seeking a skilled BI Engineer with 3–7 years of experience to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, SQL, and modern data stack tools, familiarity with credit or lending metrics is a strong plus, as you'll be working closely with risk and finance teams where domain context matters as much as technical skill. Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards that serve as the primary reporting layer for finance, risk, and product teams, owning both the accuracy and performance of what gets published. - Write efficient, well-structured SQL queries against Snowflake to extract, validate, and shape data for reporting and ad-hoc analysis. - Design and implement scalable semantic data models in Power BI including DAX measures, star-schema structures, and calculated tables, ensuring reports perform reliably at scale. - Build and manage data transformation logic using dbt, collaborating with the data engineering team to ensure the right data is available, structured correctly, and ready for the BI layer. - Partner with finance, risk, and product stakeholders to translate business questions into well-defined reporting requirements. - Own data validation and quality checks across your reporting surfaces. - Contribute to metric governance: documenting definitions, business logic, and calculation methodology so that key terms like "active loan" or "default rate" mean the same thing across every report and every market. - Identify opportunities to improve existing reports, reduce manual processes, and increase self-service capability across business teams.
