• Ensure the management of people, business, processes and results related to a Service Unit. • Identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions. • Attract new cooperative members and continuously improve engagement and loyalty of the existing member base to retain members and achieve the Cooperative's expected results. • Implement actions from the Cooperative's strategic plan, ensuring the efficiency and results of the Digital Service Point under your management, with a focus on digital solutions. • Assume technical and administrative responsibility for all operations carried out and formalized by the Service Point, with a focus on portfolio growth. • Manage activities related to analysis, approval, collections and monitoring of results associated with members' credit. • Manage and develop the team through guidance, continuous feedback and application of People Management policies. • Strongly drive team engagement by promoting transparent dialogue, close follow-up and collaborative development of action plans. • Encourage the pursuit of innovative solutions, stimulating the evolution of the digital service model. • Serve members both in person and digitally when necessary, strengthening relationships and ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. • Actively participate in prospecting activities for new members and business, conducting external visits and representing the Cooperative with excellence. • Maintain ongoing relationships with members, the community and local businesses, participating in events, visits and institutional initiatives. • Represent the Cooperative to public agencies, partner institutions and members whenever necessary. • Apply management policies, processes and tools across all pillars (people, business, processes and results), aiming for productivity and operational safety. • Perform other duties inherent to the role, contributing to the strengthening of the Digital Service Point and to the achievement of strategic objectives.
