CPM is looking for a Aftermarket Territory Manager, who will be responsible for managing the sales and distribution of Aftermarket parts and products. This role involves managing sales staff, managing customer relationships, delivering customer service, developing sales plans, and driving sales growth. The Territory Manager - Aftermarket also is responsible for developing sales strategies, monitoring sales activity, responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Annual Salary: $130,000 +based on experience. Job Summary We are building a new department at CPM and we are looking for a forward-thinking Full Stack Software Developer to play a key role in implementing new features and in the continued development, refinement and scaling of our SaaS products that enhance the performance, efficiency and serviceability of our industrial equipment. You’ll work closely with the Digital Products Team and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented software. Your focus will be both on front-end and back-end development, with occasional customer-facing support during the early-stage rollout phase. POSITION OVERVIEW (Job Summary): Under the direction of the NA Aftermarket Sales, the purpose of this job is to manage and grow the aftermarket sales revenue for spare parts and services supporting CPM’s Thermal processing equipment in North America, Mexico, Canada, and select international territories. This role focuses on developing long-term partnerships with key customers in order to meet and exceed customer expectations and to secure the success and profitability of CPM Process Solutions. SUPERVISORY RESPONSABILITIES: · None ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: · Sell existing and new potential customers replacement spare parts and services including audits, repairs and rebuilds in order to meet the objectives of the company strategy and business plan, action agenda and goals. · Managing after-sales support and negotiating contracts. · Provide effective customer service to enable the company to maximize sales and profits. · Developing personal sales plans and maintaining customer relationships. · Follow and help improve the customer contact process to ensure sales objectives are met. · Provide effective communication to other team members to ensure on-time delivery and a quality product. · Develop timely and accurate sales forecasts. · Identifying business opportunities. · Participate in company sales meetings in order to increase communication, understanding, and teamwork. · Provide and populate information relevant to quotes, opportunities, on-site plant visits and follow ups using the existing platforms (Salesforce, SAP, etc.) in order to meet expectations of CPM managers, team members, and customers. · Role requires 35% to 50% (12 -16 visit a month) travel within the assigned territory to build customer relations and ultimately increase CPM Process Solutions sales of aftermarket parts and services.
