• You'll be the operational backbone of Coram AI's field marketing in North America • Plan and project-manage Coram's presence at North American security and technology trade shows, industry conferences, and regional events • Manage all pre-event logistics from India: booth design and production, vendor coordination, collateral and demo preparation, swag, shipping, staffing plans, and scheduling • Brief and prepare on-the-ground sales and partnership team members so they can represent Coram effectively at events • Coordinate real-time support during events across time zones, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth execution • Own post-event follow-up workflows: lead capture, CRM entry, sales handoff, and attendee nurture sequences • Track and report on event ROI: leads generated, pipeline influenced, and deals sourced from field programs • Work with systems integrators, resellers, and technology partners to develop joint marketing programs: co-branded events, webinars, partner showcases, and lead-sharing initiatives • Equip channel partners with sales tools, demo materials, and messaging frameworks ahead of joint events and campaigns • Organize customer roundtables, prospect dinners, and executive briefings in key North American markets, managing logistics remotely and coordinating with local team members for on-site hosting • Build and maintain invite lists, manage RSVPs, and ensure high-quality attendee experiences • Capture insights and feedback from customer-facing events and share with product and sales teams

We are looking for engineers who want to build production-grade AI agents powered by the latest LLMs and Claude Code. This role is focused on turning foundation models into reliable, high-performance systems that operate in real environments.
