• Help guide our overall strategy through design, prototyping, and market research. • Report directly to our Head of product. • Provide regular feedback and support. • Partner closely with marketing to communicate brand value. • Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results. • Present your roadmap at company-wide check-ins.

• Own the development of product features end-to-end including scoping, architecting, coding, testing, and rolling out features • Work closely with PMs, designers, and other engineers to ideate solutions to user problems • Become an expert in your product area and our tech stack • Make improvements to developer productivity through process / code improvements and mentorship • Work in a distributed team • Mentor and grow junior engineers on the team.

• Testing and assuring high quality performance of applications • Writing clear and maintainable high-quality automation code • Reporting and validating bugs for all components • Creating test plans and test cases • Identifying opportunities for improvement and making constructive suggestions for change • Staying up-to-date with developing technologies and showcasing them in your work
